Alsco, Inc – Lanham, Maryland

Worked with facilities engineers to provide smooth transition from old to new facility location. Provided complete installation of 2 50 HP Roof Top Make-up Air units, complete installation of 3 50 HP Big Ass Fans at the ceiling level, installed 40 HP air compressor for backup. Provided any new equipment with necessary power with minimal disruption to the production area. Additionally, we installed Cat 6 Data cables throughout the plant to accommodate new devices.

Crothall Healthcare – Belcamp, Maryland

Worked with PAC Industries, Milnor Equipment supplier from inception to installation, Provided new 600 amp 480/277 volt panel in the production area with no interruption of the facility's daily work schedule. Successfully worked with the PAC General Contractor to stay on installation schedule.

Fabrication Design, Inc – Hanover, Maryland

Provided power to new welder line and future overhead crane locations, provide power to new horizontal band saw, and relocate existing band saw.

Tesla Chargers

Worked with Kimpton Hotels throughout the Washington DC and Virginia metro area to provide Tesla Chargers at all of their hotel locations. Met on site with hotel facility directors to review location and schedule for their location's charger installation. Tesla provided the chargers, we provided all installation, scheduling, site management, and monitoring of the project.

Beltsville Development – Beltsville, Maryland

Worked with the developers on existing and new facilities to keep all locations up-to-date using LED lighting inside and LED flood lights outside. Update all safety corridors with combination emergency and exit lighting, and make repairs to electric wiring in units after tenant use.

Glass Distributors, Inc. – Bladensburg, Maryland

Provided drops for various glass cutting equipment in the facility, work with managers to provide seamless installation of new equipment and moving of existing equipment to make room for new tempered glass machine. We also provided air lines and drains for the equipment as required by the manufacturer.

Linemark Printing – Upper Marlboro, Maryland

Printing Presses InstalledProvided power to three new pieces of HP equipment in the digital print area, installed chiller power on separate power lines for these three new pieces of equipment, and coordinated the removal of the old equipment and rapid installation of power for all new pieces as they were put in place. Additionally, we did installation of air lines to all equipment as needed.

USARC – Dower House Road, Upper Marlboro, Maryland

Provided a complete installation of six new 200 AMP panels to replace outdated panels. Installed 1200 AMP, 208-Volt Switchgear in the boiler room. Changed over all equipment feeders while keeping the facility functioning.

Crofton Care and Rehabilitation Center – Davidsonville Road, Crofton Maryland

Installed new 400 kW Kohler Generator with three separate automatic transfer switches. Relocate old 200 kW generator and provided temporary wiring to keep unit online while we poured a new concrete pad, ran conduit and install wire. Coordinated crane with generator shipping to place new 400 kW unit on pad at site. Provided start up and load testing of generator. Design/build of entire job conducted in house at Graphic Electric, Inc.

Fabrication Design Inc. – Hanover, Maryland

Relocated customer to a new 133,000 sq. ft. facility located in Hanover, Maryland. Provided complete Engineered Electrical drawings, County Permits, and associated inspections for the entire plant move. Installed panels and transformers throughout the facility to allow for equipment feeders for both current and future needs. Worked with the UL Inspector to bring all necessary pieces of equipment up to UL Standards. Provided all exit and emergency lighting per the Fire Marshall Standards. Troubleshoot and repaired any equipment damaged during move.

Doyle Printing & Offset Company – Hyattsville, Maryland

Installed new 3000 AMP, 208-Volt Rain-Tite Switchgear at the facility in Hyattsville, Maryland. Complete survey of existing power and new equipment loads. Met with PEPCO utility representatives to review site plans and drawings.
Worked with the Electrical Engineer to provide drawings for both county and PEPCO approval. Installed all feeders and branch circuits to equipment and coordinated with owners on time schedule and placement.

BioReliance Corporation - Rockville, MD

Provided and coordinated installation of single phase and three phase UPS Systems. Completed shipment and start-up of systems under customer's scheduled availability of R & D Rooms. Provided and installed HVAC Disconnect Switches on Mezzanine Level. Completed installation within customer scheduled availability of HVAC units for the R&D Rooms.

ALSCO, Inc. – New Castle, Delaware

Performed complete electrical installation of a new 43,000 Sq foot facility including: installation of new 2,000 AMP, 480-Volt service to provide power to all wash tunnels, washers, dryer, conveyors, air compressors, boiler, KEMCO System and general office HVAC, lights, and receptacles. This was a building shell when we arrived on site. The project was completed in eight months.

House of Printing – Burtonsville, Maryland

Performed a completed installation of new 3,000 AMP, 208-Volt NEMA 3 rated outside switchgear. Coordinated with Baltimore Gas & Electric, architects, engineers and county officials to complete the installation and re-feed of existing building switchgear. Provided new power with transformers, to feed new Komori five color press, dryer and air compressor. Relocated existing bindery machinery to make room for new printing press.

Nixon Uniform – Beltsville, Maryland

Performed a complete installation of the new sorting conveyors and vacuum separator system. Provided new 200 AMP, 480-Volt panel and separate machine feeds to each station. Worked with owners and installation personnel to complete installation with minimal production down time.

Unifirst Corporation – Landover, Maryland

Performed a complete installation of new 800 AMP, 480-Volt switchgear. Provided new feeders to panels, relocated from wall being demolished for new overhead conveyor system. Relocated transformers to 2nd floor. Changed power over to new location overnight to keep production interruption at a minimum.
