Linens of The Week – New Castle, Delaware
Performed complete electrical installation of a new 43,000 Sq foot facility including: installation of new 2,000 AMP, 480-Volt service to provide power to all wash tunnels, washers, dryer, conveyors, air compressors, boiler, KEMCO System and general office HVAC, lights, and receptacles. This was a building shell when we arrived on site. The project was completed in eight months.
Harris Lithograph Services – Landover, Maryland
Performed a completed installation of new 3,000 AMP, 480-Volt, NEMA 3 rated outside switchgear. Coordinated with PEPCO, architects, engineers and county officials to complete a smooth transition from existing power to new power with minimum interruption. Complete feeders to new Heidelberg six color 105 printing press and dryer.
House of Printing – Burtonsville, Maryland
Performed a completed installation of new 3,000 AMP, 208-Volt NEMA 3 rated outside switchgear. Coordinated with Baltimore Gas & Electric, architects, engineers and county officials to complete the installation and re-feed of existing building switchgear. Provided new power with transformers, to feed new Komori five color press, dryer and air compressor. Relocated existing bindery machinery to make room for new printing press.
Nixon Uniform – Beltsville, Maryland
Performed a complete installation of the new sorting conveyors and vacuum separator system. Provided new 200 AMP, 480-Volt panel and separate machine feeds to each station. Worked with owners and installation personnel to complete installation with minimal production down time.
Unifirst Corporation – Landover, Maryland
Performed a complete installation of new 800 AMP, 480-Volt switchgear. Provided new feeders to panels, relocated from wall being demolished for new overhead conveyor system. Relocated transformers to 2nd floor. Changed power over to new location overnight to keep production interruption at a minimum.
Mayflower Healthcare Textile – Bel Camp, Maryland
Performed a complete installation of all machinery at a new 80,000 sq. ft. facility. Installed boilers, KEMCO Water System and wash tunnel feeders and control wiring. Installed air compressor power. Provided all required troughs and conduits for dryer equipment and ironers. This job was completed on schedule for the industrial laundry plant start up date.
Mayflower Textile Service Company – Baltimore, Maryland
Completed work on new electrical service started by another electrical contracting firm. Obtained necessary drawings and permits from the City of Baltimore to facilitate work with Baltimore Gas & Electric (BG&E) and city inspectors to receive power as quickly as possible. Ran feeders to new air compressor and new switchgear.

Provided a complete installation of a new 800 AMP, 240-Volt switchgear at the facility. Removed pre-WWII fuse and switch open style switchgear. Swapped over all equipment feeders while keeping facility production working.
Defense Map – Bethesda, Maryland Relocated to St. Louis, Missouri
Disconnected four color 52" Planeta printing press from the Bethesda location. Prepared it for shipping to the new St. Louis, Missouri facility. Disconnected all folding and cutting machinery at old St. Louis facility. Disconnected sheeter at old St. Louis facility. The old facility was being relocated to a new St. Louis, Missouri location. Provided power to 52" Planeta printing press, all folders and cutters, and sheeter at the new print facility in St. Louis. Worked with riggers and machinist to complete installation within three week time period as required by the customer.
ATK Space – Beltsville, Maryland
Provided and installed new 80 kW, 150 kW, and 275 kW Kohler back up generators. Provided concrete pads, cranes and riggers to set generator units in place. Cut in transfer switches to cover equipment per customer's requirements.
ATK Space – Beltsville, Maryland
Complete installation of new feeders to CNC mills and lathes in a machine shop. Hung transformers from the ceiling to maximize floor space. Provided feeder to new HAAS lathe. All work was performed with ongoing production at the facility.

Performed a complete installation of new 2,000 AMP, 480-Volt service and switchgear. Worked with architect and electrical engineer to provide feeders to existing services, new ovens and panels as customer required.
